Refund Eligibility:
We’re committed to providing impactful, high-quality coaching services. Please review the following refund terms for your 20-hour coaching package:

Unused Hours: Refunds for unused hours are available only if requested within the active billing period. Refunds will be prorated based on the hourly rate and the number of hours already used. Please note: Unused hours do not carry over to future periods. This helps ensure program momentum, availability, and scheduling consistency for all clients.

Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled project start date or individual sessions. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund.

Rescheduling: 1:1 or team sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if requested 24 hours in advance.
Non-Refundable Services:

Completed Sessions or Deliverables: No refunds will be issued for sessions already delivered or for content, templates, or CRM assets provided.

Custom Work: Once the sales strategy framework or CRM configuration has been tailored and started, these are considered non-refundable.
